La stanza 324 non aveva asciugamani accappatoi e ciabatte come nelle altre stanze. Dopo averlo segnalato più volte non abbiamo ricevuto nulla e addirittura il giorno dopo abbiamo trovato la stanza non rifatta e il personale alla reception inefficiente per rispondere alle nostre richieste. Solo uno ci ha portato un accappatoio e acqua. La cena al ristorante era pessima e abbiamo anche dovuto attendere più di un'ora sia per ordinare che per essere serviti. Personale scortese e inefficiente. Esperienza pessima. Chiedo un rimborso

Общее впечатление нормальное. Стоит отметить, что в номере нет воды и тапочек, для меня это минус.

Doskonały hotel, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Świetny standard, czystość pierwsza klasa, jedzenie fantastyczne. Miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa.

Hotel ma problem z rybikami - chodzą w łazienkach. Jedzenie w restauracji niezbyt smaczne - liczy się tylko podanie i wygląd - a nie o to chodzi
