Good price, restaraunt terrible

Hotel mimo, że nie jest najnowszym obiektem, jest zadbany, czysty. Obsługa na bardzo dobrym poziomie, a pokój naprawdę przyjemny. Duży plus za widok za oknami restauracji dzięki czemu śniadanie można zjeść w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze.

Very expensive, poorly equipped room, not adequate to 4stars hotel.

Szanowna Pani,

Uprzejmie dziękuję za czas poświęcony na pozostawienie opinii. Niemniej jednak Pani komentarz jest dla nas zaskakujący. Nasz personel dokłada wszelkich starań aby pobyt naszych gości należał do udanych.
Na pewno Pani uwaga dotycząca standardu zostanie gruntownie przeanalizowana. Ze swojej strony staramy się wyciągać wnioski i dążyć do jak najlepszej jakości.

Wrazenie, ogol ie bardzo dobre tylko troche trudno trafic do hotelu a w lazience byl uszkodzony odplyw umywalki. Cos takiego nie powinno miec miejsca

Dziękujemy za chęć podzielenia się wrażeniami dotyczącymi Pani pobytu w Park Hotel Diament**** w Katowicach. Niesamowicie istotne są dla nas wszystkie, nawet najmniejsze uwagi, ponieważ każdego dnia dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby usprawniać nasz produkt oraz usługi. Pani opinia została przez nas gruntowanie przeanalizowana i omówiona w gronie kierowniczym. Przy następnej wizycie zachęcam do zgłaszania wszelkich uwag na recepcję - która zawsze z chęcią pomoże np. zmianą pokoju. Było nam bardzo miło Panią gościć i liczymy na kolejne odwiedziny, gdy będzie Pani w pobliżu.
