Ogólnie pobyt był przyjemny, do poprawy kwestia śniadania oraz posiłków w restauracji gdyż są serwowane małe porcje za wysoką cenę.

Bardzo złe doświadczenie!!! Łóżko / sofa (jako dostawka) bardzo niewygodna i brudna! Pościel użyta na tej dostawce nadawałaby sie bardziej do konteneru PCK niz dla gości hotelowych!
Przez szacunek dla gości płacących za nocleg powinniście przynajmniej dostarczy minimum komfortu ! Rownież było bardzo głośno w nocy (autostrada / inni goście / personel, cieknącą toaleta).
My nigdy juz nie skorzystamy z tego hotelu ale dyrekcja hotelu powinna wyciągnąć wnioski z naszego doświadczenia!

Niesamowicie istotne są dla nas wszystkie, nawet najmniejsze uwagi, ponieważ każdego dnia dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby usprawniać nasz produkt oraz usługi. Szanowna Pani,

Bardzo dziękuję za pozostawioną opinię za pobyt w Park Hotel Diament**** w Katowicach. Ogromnie cieszy nas Pani 100 % zadowolenie.
