Made a mistake in the booking process and highlighted this to the hotel immediately but they couldn’t care less which meant I had to pay for 2 weeks instead of one ( my mistake in booking but they ALL hid behind their ‘corporate rules ‘). Didn’t attempt to help us at all with any rebate or even a voucher. Typical PRL style approach
The reservation was made under a non-refundable rate with no possibility of cancellation or modification, and we were therefore obliged to follow the conditions of that booking. These rates come with stricter rules in exchange for a lower price, which are accepted at the time of reservation.
We regret that this left you with a negative impression and hope to have the chance to welcome you again in better circumstances.
