Ranní servis hrůza, katastrofa, termosy servírovací smaltované ,oprýskané, (míchaná vejce , a další¨) Stoly neuklízené, na prostíráních kola od sklenic od přechozích hostů, stoly špinavé. ceková úroveň ranního servisu hrozná. Bar v recepci servírka neuměla používat presovač na kávu , káva podávána bez lžičky a cukru, coca cola bez ledu a citronu teplá. u vchodu popelníky plné nevysypané. Hotel rozhodně není kategorie 4*.

.Tragedia jeżeli chodzi o rezerwację

Szanowna Pani Beato,
Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się z nami swoimi doświadczeniami. Rozumiemy, jak rozczarowujące jest przybycie do hotelu i odkrycie, że jest Pani niezadowolona z rezerwacji. Niestety nie wiemy, co wpłynęło na Pani opinię. Z żalem odpisuję na Pani komentarz, ponieważ próbowałam skontaktować się z Panią mailowo, aby odkryć, co było nie tak. Zawsze staramy się zapewnić, że wszystkie nasze rezerwacje są honorowane i przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności, które Pani napotkała. velmi zly, urcite sa nevratime. hotel v rekonstrukcii, zima na izbe. nefungujuca wifi a otrasny pristup restauracie
