Nic specjalnego, gdyby nie lokalizacja odpowiadająca mi wybrałbym inny hotel.

Niestety brak dodatkowego komentarza uniemożliwia nam zrozumienie, co wpłynęło na tak niską ocenę końcową. Uwagi dodawane przez naszych Gości są zawsze jak najbardziej mile widziane, ponieważ wiemy, jak poprawić standard świadczonych przez nasz Hotel usług. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności oraz mamy ogromną nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Pana w przyszłości, a kolejny pobyt będzie dla Pana miłym zaskoczeniem.

Me and my little son had a disaster stay. Even that Hotel was not full , I've got a room next to an rebuilding area from inside hotel . At 7 am some workers start their pickon and other noisy construction tools right above our room . That is unacceptable for a Hotel where people come to rest !!!.....The manager was not available for customers and I had to ask twice reception stuff to talk with manager to offer me a different room early in the morning.

Bałagan: zarezerwowany i opłacony pokój na bookingu , na recepcji informacja ze pokoju brak i przekierują mnie do drugiego hotelu. Rano zdziwienie bo faktura już wystawiona imienna, gdzie nie było pytania o formę rozliczenia i komentarz ze to gość ma obowiązek poinformować o formie rozliczenia przed zameldowaniem- NIE POLECAM

Super hotel godny polecenia. Z śniadań nie korzystałem ze względu na zbyt wygórowaną cenę 80 zł od osoby.
