We had a reservation from the 6th till the 8th, and the stay at the hotel was one of the worst experiences we ever had.

We arrive late due to the plane delays. We were welcomed warmly, and everything went smoothly at the registration, but when we went to the room, we discovered that the room was set up for 1 person—one towel in the bathroom and one pillow and single duvet on the bed. The reservation was for 2 people.

I went to the reception to sort out this problem. I was told the hotel was full and no duvets might be left. I have never heard anything like that before. I asked if the hotel had any blankets, and the receptionist said he would need to check.

He came to our room without any duvet or blanket. He brought us the end cover for a bed. It was a nightmare to sleep under the bed cover.

In the morning, we asked the cleaners if they could give us another duvet, which they did. At least that night, we didn't struggle. Unfortunately, this night wasn't better than the other. Firstly, let's start in the morning. In the morning, we were woken by screaming, loud noises and door-smashing every two minutes. We assumed there were some kids because we saw them running in the hall when we went for breakfast. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the exact behaviour of loud noises was present till late at night. Nobody intervenes.

First and foremost, I regret that your room was not properly prepared for two guests upon your arrival. This was an oversight on our part, and I understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after a long journey. Please accept my deepest apologies for the discomfort caused by the lack of proper bedding on your first night. I will address this matter with our team to ensure such situations do not happen again.

Regarding the noise disturbances during your stay, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. While we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, it seems we fell short in managing the noise levels during your visit. I will work with our staff to implement better protocols to address and prevent such disturbances in the future.

Your feedback is invaluable as it highlights areas where we can improve. While I understand that your experience was far from satisfactory, I hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the high standard of service that we are known for.

Room was clean and hotel is very nice. There was a problem with their system so they had to come to my room to ask my information a couple times. An employee used key card to open my door and didn't even knock so it frightened us and made us uncomfortable the rest of the stay. This unfortunately ruined the experience for us.

Wszystko super oprócz kolacji w restauracji Atmosfera.
