5 room keys not working, changed room.
Airco not working

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are very sorry about the situation with the air conditioning, unfortunately it is a bigger problem that we are already working on. We realize how troublesome it was during hot days. Once again, we are very sorry.

ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni

Bardzo dziękujemy za podzielenie się z nami opinią. Bardzo przepraszamy, za niedoczyszczone biurko, tutaj jak najbardziej zwrócimy uwagę Paniom pokojowym. Wszelkie uwagi związane ze śniadaniem przekażemy do kierownika gastronomii. Mimo wszystko mam nadzieję, że Państwo do nas wrócą i dadzą nam jeszcze szansę, aby pobyt był udany na 100%.

2nd time at your hotel, met our needs again accommodation wise, but the parking situation could be better. Not many spots available at certain times and we had to park in the side street (Dunska) sometimes. Overall recommendable though!
