We had a great stay mostly because of your staff. Francisco was very busy but he always had a smile on his face and made sure everyone was looked after.

Perfect! Our family of 2 adults and 2 children loved this hotel. Very close to everything and had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 nights in Cologne. Thanks!
