Very good because we like the location and the rooms although I would suggest more lights in the room, it's a bit dark.

Very nice. The interiors of the room are ok but starting to feel a bit dated. Location excellent and overall service as well, except for a delay for room service one of the first days.

Excellent. But two problems (for me). I like to enjoy the room and stay inside when I am not working. But room service menue lack diversity (after a week stay!) and impossible to find reservation at the restaurant Facil. Allowing to order from the restaurant menue would be a plus. Also, some of the electronics (tablette) not working properly. So some orders were delivered 1 hour later. Staff was very efficient, civil and agreable. Your best asset after location.

Especially your comments about our employees pleased us, because we strive to deliver the best service possible. We also thank you for your points of improvement for us. Our hotel is in a constant state of optimisation and we gladly take advice of our guests to heart. We are using a lot of technology in our rooms which makes the handling a little bit complicated sometimes. Therefore we are sorry to hear that there was a delay. We took notes of your comment and we are looking forward to welcoming you back soon here in Berlin.
