The shower box was extremaly small and very uncomfortable

Dear Guest you're right : the shower are not very big , unfortunately it's an old building in the center of Rome and although we refurbished , we counld't do much about the size of the bathroom itself and the size of the shower. Hopefully we will come back to visit us in the future , even if the shower are small. Thank you and best regards Elisabetta Baggio

Bonjour à tous.
C'était la troisième fois que nous avons séjourné au Trianon Borgo Pio (2010, 2013 et la semaine dernière). À toutes les fois nous avons été très satisfaites. Les rénovations faites depuis 2013 et l'ajout du petit déjeuner sont fantastiques! La vue est splendide de la terrasse du
7ième étage! L'accueil est charmant et chaleureux. Toutes les personnes à la réception étaient courtoises, professionnelles et sympatiques! Elles étaient attentionnées , souriantes et n'hésitaient pas à nous informer. J'avais oublié ma caméra dans un taxi et en communicant avec vous alors que j'étais sur le Corso, vous avez pu rejoindre le chauffeur et ma caméra a été retournée.. Merci de votre dévotion et professionnalisme!. Nous espérons pouvoir revoir Rome et surtout séjourner au Trianon! Je recommande votre établissement à chaque fois que des connaissances vont à Rome.

房间又大又干净，饭店设施很好，房间舒适，就像在家里一样方便自由。饭店还有小型健身房、洗衣机、烘干机和自动售货机，售货机的矿泉水才0.5欧一瓶，比街上便宜多了，零食也很便宜。简直是罗马游的最佳选择，值得推荐！

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived. Even after they cleaned it again, there was still stuff on the floor in the corners and the shower needed a GOOD scrubbing as there is mold growing in the corners. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were not good. A very strange flavor and texture. The room was good, a great location and the staff was very good.

Daer mr Brouwer we are very sorry for the bed cleaning service. We will definitively try to improve it. Hopefully you will still be one of our guests next time and we promise you a perfect stay. Thank you and best regards
