Very pleasant. I received helpful responses by email leading up to check-in. Check-out was accomplished easily. My bill was handled efficiently. The only deficiency I can identify is that the airport transfer I booked with Trianon Borgo Pio Residence failed to appear as arranged—I had to take a taxi, but this was easily accomplished once the airport information desk had assisted me by phoning the hotel to verify that the car driver was a no-show. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay again at Trianon Borgo Pio Residence, and would recommend it to friends and family.
