Es war ein toller Urlaub in Ihrem Hotel.
Was sehr unbefriedigend und für uns sehr ärgerlich war ist die Tatsache,dass wir ein von Zigaretten verbranntes Bettlaken hätten bezahlen sollen und man uns beschuldigte es verbrannt zu haben.

Also wir waren schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel und immer wieder gerne hier, es wird auch nach und nach renoviert und Sachen erneuert, das Personal ist aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, wir sind hier immer herzlich willkommen und man wird wie Familie behandelt, wir sind erst gestern zurückgekommen und vermissen es schon wieder

seit sechzehn Jahren immer wieder gern, wunderschön gepflegte Gartenanlage (großes Kompliment an die Gärtner), Mückenbekämpfung scheint erfolgreich zu sein, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen, der Strand in Richtung Norden (Schiffsfriedhof und Steg) müsste meines Erachtens aufgeräumt werden.

Pour la seconde fois, mon séjour fut un rêve, la situation de l'hôtel, la baie, le récif ... tout est fait pour que je revienne encore et encore.
Le personnel, très serviable, c'est rassurant quand on voyage seulze.

Staff at the reception were not willing. They did not want to solve the problem personally when the travel agent's delegate arrived.
Staff at the restaurant, in the bar, etc. were smiling and willing.

No one has warned us that we will not get breakfast after arriving at the hotel, and it is possible to have breakfast mixed with the last departure package. We learned this information only from the delegate tonight at the first meeting. Which was too late. At the reception, we could tell this information.

Bring the bracelets before breakfast and donate the breakfast package, or make a choice on arrival at the hotel. Breakfast on arrival and no packet upon departure.

Ich war das letzte mal im Dez 2016 da. Es hat sich sehr viel zum positiven entwickelt. Die Animation ist Top. Gute Gästebetreuung . Animationsteam fragt die Gäste am Strand und auch Abends ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man merkt die Verbundenheit des Animationsteam zum Hotel. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen Top. Super freundlich. Man kümmert sich sofort um eventuelle Reklamationen / Wünsche.
