We enjoyed our stay however at around 1:30am we had to move rooms because our ac flooded our room, including my husbands suite for the wedding the following day, When I asked if we could be compensated because of the inconvenience, I was told there was nothing that could be done. For the price we paid I am not at all pleased with the service we received. The hotel was amazing. But to have to change rooms in the middle of the night, pack up luggage, and not get any monetary difference that’s not right. No hotel should treat patrons that way.
