The food and service were great but temperature in the restaurant was very hot and it got more and more hot throughout the course of the lunch. I was completely wet with perspiration and had to remove my jacket. We were very uncomfortable because of the temperature. I don’t think the air conditioning in the restaurant works. When I stepped outside the restaurant into the other parts of the hotel it was cool and the temperature was comfortable. In the restaurant however it was very uncomfortable and this really compromised the quality of the experience. I am Italian American and I know that in the USA we use air conditioning more. That said I have been to many other fine dining restaurants in Italy and I have never had the experience of an indoor space that was so uncomfortable to the point that my wife and I are totally wet. When spending €1000 for a lunch one expects to be in an air conditioned room, especially in July in Italy.

Tutto perfetto, accoglienza, location, sevizio e ovviamente piatti superbi.
Grazie allo Chef Cannavacciuolo per la sua disponibilità e per la sua grandissima professionalità, fantasia e cura nel ricercare e trovare abbinamenti sorprendenti, per la gioia del palato.

E' stata una bella esperienza, certamente non da tutti i giorni, che lascia soddisfatti, anche considerando il prezzo che, pur di un certo spessore, considero (location, servizio, qualità e quantità, organizzazione, 3 stelle Michelin etc) equo. Se ci sarà un'occasione torneremo volentieri magari per una cena alla carta. Poi c'è scappata anche una foto con il mitico Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo che ha dimostrato, nell'occasione, tutta la sua empatia e grande attenzione al cliente.
