Il miglior 3 stelle in Italia (siete molto meglio di Bottura). Come presentazione all’estero vi batte solo l’hotel de ville di Crissier di Frank Gioannini

Le cadre est magnifique, la villa somptueuse, le jardin relaxant dans lequel nous avons pris un délicieux cocktail de bienvenue délicieux.
Le personnel a été très attentif, nous ont bien expliqué chaque plat, et nous avons été très touchés par votre attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Les plats étaient exquis et un compliment particulier au pâtissier pour son dessert au citron kalamansi.
Le pain aussi était très bon
