Per diletto/passione (sono un sommelier) ho visitato quasi tutti i "Tristellati" italiani e devo confessare che la genialità dei piatti di Villa Crespi l'ho riscontrata soltanto a La pergola da Heinz Beck. Ogni piatto, meravigliosamente impiattato e presentato, ha la capacità di stupirti!
