Hat alles super geklappt. Alles perfekt gelaufen wie reserviert . So wurde uns Krakau näher gebracht

A very informative trip with a very knowledgeable tour guide, picked up on time with good communication throughout. A long day but we'll worth it, would recommend.

The trip was very well organised with the small Mercedes minivan picking me up on time outside my apartment. Our guide gave us a full itinerary for the day and it took about an hour to get to Auschwitz. We were then handed over to our guide for the tour which was fast paced and a lot of information to process but you only have a limited time slot. Then back on the bus for a short journey to Birkenau. Being at these camps was as awful as you’d expect.

After leaving here we then spent about another hour travelling to The Salt Mines. Again we were handed over to an English speaking guide. Be repaired to walk down about 800 steps in various stages. The carvings are fabulous and the chandeliers do not disappoint. The tour takes about 3 hours and you get a lift back up to the top.

Journey back took about 40 minutes but then had about another 20 minutes dropping people off.

The guides were all very knowledgeable and managed to herd us all around both sites.

The driver was great. Very helpful and when I told him I suffered from travel sickness he took extra care and his driving was excellent. The tour guide was also very good although it did feel a little rushed this was not his fault it's just the number of other groups and the need to keep moving. Highly recommended.

Some things wS not good girl in hotel didn't know what u asked for gave wrong drinks. Waiting to long for a trip then had to pay more .and tour person seemed to talk to one person most of time it ended up being boring having to wait to long

Everything worked out fine, we visited Auschwitz and the salt mine.
We had a very nice driver, really service minded

Concentration camp guides were excellent. Shuttle driver didn't seem to know schedule. The supervisor with the Mohawk hair always seem more worried about time than people. Tour guides good but shuttle company average at best
