The tours were excellent although I wish we used headsets in the second part of the Auschwitz tour. It was very difficult to hear the guide.

The Salt Mine guide was good but didn’t allow any time at the gift shop within the mine and the item that I wanted to purchase was not available in the main gift shop.

The actual trips and guides at each venue were very good. The “poor” rating is due to the experience being let down by the host and driver on the day. We expected hotel pick up and drop off, this did not occur as the excuse was the mini bus could not drive to our hotel, other larger vehicles did. We had to walk the other side of the city to join and same on return. Also when at venues, parked away from Venue and we had to walk (must have been cheaper parking). When tours finished host was no where to be seen to guide to mini bus. Would recommend the tours, not the service.

Thank you for your opinion.
I would like to explain that situation, your hotel had been located in the Main Square, that is why our bus was not allowed to drive there.
The tour leader was with you, during your walk to the bus, it was not the other site of the city, but only 500 meters.
However we will do our best to improve our services.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und in einem toll klimatisierten Wagen nach Ausschwitz gebracht.

Unbelievable well organised tour the underground chapels were magnificent also to see how they have mined for hundreds of years is something to behold.

Very pleasant. Tour guide very helpful and friendly. Air conditioned bus very welcoming in the heat! Our translator was so knowledgeable and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

The day tour for Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mine amazing. The salt mine was a delight to see. Auschwitz-Birkenau everyone should go to fully understand what actually happened.
The tour guides are great, have so much knowledge. We will never forget everything you have told us. Thank you for a wonderful time in Krakow.
