Poland Active Kraków

Transportation was fair with cramped seats , broken seatbelt and bumpy ride in the back. Also poor air conditioning to back where we were. Guide at Auschwitz was very good.

Resort guides excellent and knowledgeable but coach guide useless.No prior information given and no time allowed at resorts to visit shops

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The driver was prompt, very friendly and helpful. The service made the half day excursion very convenient. The guide was part of the attraction staff rather than the company itself.

Auschwitz-
Very rushed.
The tour guide was extremely factual, however I couldn’t keep up. I like to hear things and then look and take pictures. However because there was a group of us, plus others from public, by the time she had (very quickly) spoken about each room, she moved straight onto the next without giving us a chance to look and take the pictures, therefore by the time we had done this, she was already in the next room onto something else.
Birkenau -
Again, Didn’t let us look at much.
I would have liked to look at the remains more, and more than just the one and take a closer look at the memorial. Walk through the wooden huts and just explore more of the camps.
I now feel I would have to go again to really take it all in, as the whole seriousness and reality of Auschwitz didn’t hit me as the tour was all so so quick.
The salt mine was fantastic and couldn’t fault any part of it!!

Friendly and informative. Each person we spoke with/listened to we got the relevant information and more. Questions were actively encouraged and our enjoyment was at the top of their agenda, this was most clear.

Amazing, very friendly people a lovely country. So much to see and do Krakow, the local food was delicious.

Very well organised experience. The driver picked us up from our hotel on time and kept us informed about the different activities for the day. Our tour guide at Auschwitz-Birkeneau, Barbara, was very informative and approachable for questions.

We went to both auschwitz and the salt mines.

Dave who was our Driver to Auschwitz and Birkenau was lovely and the drive there was like a tour in itself.
Paul was our driver and guide to Zakopane, he was very knowledgeable and interesting.
