A short delay in being picked up from hotel but a very good trip my husband did not want to go but glad he did, we can’t put it into words as everyone has a different thoughts and emotions worth the trip to have a good guide thank you.

Bus very prompt and comfortable. Trip was quite long. Felt I was always trying to catch up with guide and didn't really get time to absorb things in concentration camps.

We used the company to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau. It was a good experience! Cheaper price and amazing service.

Great! The driver was reliable, sharp on time when he picked me up, drove safely very good english. The guide at the camp was awesome, Witold very nice, very good English spoken, knowledgeable and you could tell he was feeling what he described us. The guide at the mine didn't speak an easy to understand English, not to be recommended. Overall a great tour, thanks!

Excellent customer service, brilliant trips to Auschwitz and salt mines. Collected from apartment where we were staying, very easy to communicate with staff through email.

Mateus was an excellent driver! Very personable, polite and extremely knowledgable. The car was spotless and he provided water which was a nice touch. This leg of our journey was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
