Started off poor with our pitch covered in building materials and workers still digging around the area. On return to reception the young receptionist was quite shocked and tried to help, offered us an upgrade, but then the senior receptionist asked for 50 euros for the upgrade which we refused to pay as the upgrade had been offered not asked for. After speaking to someone senior this was waived and we were given the upgrade for our original price. This worked out fine, we were very pleased with the premier pitch and would book this again. Our stay was very good, we enjoyed all elements of the site. We have stayed in the past and we will do so again. It was good value for money, the booking system was easy to use and received regular emails as the holiday approached . Apart from the hiccup with our pitch, the site is a first class holiday destination and we would recommended it for families and couples.

Service non conforme à 5 étoiles. Lors de ma réservation téléphonique nous avons réservé une location avec jacuzzi privatif. Des noms pas clairs ont mené à une mauvaise vérification de ma part et nous voilà dans un logement sans jacuzzi. Une très grande déception. J'ai tenté de voir sur place mais soi disant tout était occupé pendant l'intégralité de notre séjour alors que la location avec jacuzzi en face était disponible pendant au moins 1 nuit. Grosse déception.
