been here for 18 years . Lots of money is spent on the site and nice to see money getting put back in . Disabled showers could be more user friendly with a shower head as its hard to fit a wheelchair under and fixed shower head .

Our stay was great but we were very upset on the day of leaving. We have been two years in a row and wanted to book to return next year to stay again in chalet 3036 Alicante. We left early before the reception was open, so we phoned as soon as you opened to organise paying our deposit for next year, but were told it had to be done on site and as we’d left it would now be too late. Very bad customer service to not show any thought and understanding for loyal returning customers.
