Try to create an outside space for kids that are active in the age of 8-14. Only a game/chill room might not be enough

The site is perfectly located - excellent beach and great for Biarritz and exploring the area. It did feel much more crampt and noisy than we are used to - but little the campsite can do about this. We just felt really let down and frustrated that we could not get a refund for leaving three nights early. We had no choice but to leave to return to the UK (for a medical emergency) but were told it was policy not to give refunds. We were even told with a smile that no one from the UK got a refund for returning early due to COVID (which we thought was awful, but separate to our matter). Perfectly accept that this policy must be buried somewhere in the ‘terms and conditions’, but sometimes it must be appropriate to have a little heart and humanity and respond to people’s individual circumstances. The reception staff were blunt - and just kept explaining this was an order of the director. This is also the most expensive campsite we have ever stayed at (we feel overpriced, but again just our opinion), so it was a lot of money to lose.

I have stayed many times over many years and this was one of the best. Nothing to improve.
