Longer opening hours of the swimming pool! I like swimming before breakfast, but the pool didn’t open till 10

A few remarks / tips:

- A football pitch (omnifield) would really add something to do for children between 8 - 14

- The guards that swept the playground at night: one guard got really angry every night and threatened kids with having to leave the camping (traumatising), while the other guard made a game of hide and seek out of it, which was far more effective and much more fun

- Wifi was really lousy. When I have to pay 25 Euros for a wifi connection for two weeks I expect it to function properly and allow multiple devices to connect to it simultaneously

- We would very much like to return to your camping site next year, but we have to wait until January 1st before we can make a reservation, why not take bookings immediately?

Vraiment le camping est super il ne manque rien! Les emplacements sont cosy et l'accès direct à la plage très agréable. Merci pour ce bon séjour!

The only bad experience we have is your reservation policy. But this is important for us if you want us to keep coming.

We tried to reserve exactly on 1/1/2018, and we gave you about 20 pitch options. All were reserved by other people.
This gave me the impression that you reserve for some people before 1st of Januari, but that for others this is not allowed.

This year we have heard of French people who have already reserved for summer 2019. But for us, it seems that it is not allowed.

THis doesn't seem fair to us.
It is not ok if some people can reserve early and others cannot.

Can you please explain your policy to us?
We have come to the camping 2 years now with 2 families, and if you want us to keep coming, we want to get better/fair reservation policy.
