Vakantie was weer top. Zwembad iets teveel chloor dit jaar waardoor zwembroeken verkleurden en matras in caravan was heel hard.

We are sorry that you experienced some inconveniences this year. Regarding the swimming pool, the water quality is checked daily and the chlorine levels are constantly monitored and adjusted according to the required standards, in order to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for all our guests. We will certainly take your comment regarding the effect on swimwear into consideration.

We also appreciate your remark about the mattress in the caravan. Comfort is an important part of a pleasant holiday, and we will look into this matter.

Good. But hard to sleep every night unfortunately

We are pleased to hear that you had a good stay with us. We are sorry, however, that you experienced difficulties sleeping during your holiday.

Our quiet hours start at 11:00 PM, and we kindly ask all our guests to respect this rule in order to guarantee a peaceful environment for everyone. If this is not respected, our night security team is present to kindly remind guests of the regulations and help maintain the tranquillity of the campsite.

We are sorry that, despite our efforts, this was not fully possible during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future for an even more relaxing experience at Camping Du Parc.

Wir sind wegen dem ungeraden Standplatz auf einen anderen gezogen, danke dafür. Jedoch volle Sonne ging auch nicht. Umzug für 7 Tage an den Camping di Tenno. Hier Schatten und Ruhe.

Es tut uns leid, dass der Stellplatz und die Lage für Sie nicht den gewünschten Komfort geboten haben und dass Sie sich letztendlich für einen vorzeitigen Umzug entschieden haben.

Wir bedauern, dass die Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht Ihren persönlichen Vorstellungen entsprochen haben. Unsere Stellplätze unterscheiden sich je nach Lage, Sonneneinstrahlung und Beschaffenheit, und wir versuchen selbstverständlich, die Wünsche unserer Gäste bestmöglich zu berücksichtigen, soweit es die Verfügbarkeit erlaubt.
