We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Enige opmerking: de airco. Deze wordt centraal geregeld. Hierdoor konden we deze niet gebruiken, ook blies hij alleen maar warme lucht. Wanneer we een appartement mét airco hebben geboekt is het wel prettig dat we deze dan ook kunnen gebruiken.

Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that some of our apartments have a centralized air conditioning system, which means that the operating mode (heating or cooling) is adjusted according to the general weather conditions.

At the beginning of May, during your stay, the weather was still quite variable, with colder temperatures in the evening and at night. For this reason, the system was set to heating during the colder hours, while during the day, when temperatures increased and the sun was out, it could switch to cooling mode.

We understand that when booking an apartment with air conditioning, guests expect to be able to use it according to their personal preference. During transitional periods of the season, when the heating or cooling mode cannot be changed individually, an alternative solution for slightly cooler temperatures at night can be to use the tilt function of the windows, which allows fresh air to enter without creating a direct draft.

Wij verbleven in Villa nr15 en zou graag i.pv. een stoeprand een opritje hebben vanaf de weg dit omdat dan de villa's ook bereikbaar zijn voor mensen in een rolstoel.

Unfortunately, not all of our accommodations are fully accessible by wheelchair due to the layout and characteristics of the existing structures. However, we do have designated areas and accommodations designed to offer better accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.

If we are informed of specific accessibility needs at the time of booking, we can do our best to assign a suitable accommodation or location, so that all our guests can enjoy their holiday in the most comfortable and convenient way possible.

Campeggio ha una posizione strategica, ben fornito con ottimo personale.
Spero che l'area parco giochi venga ampliata.
Avere un area parco con vista lago è il motivo per il quale molte famiglie scelgono il camping.

Wir kommen regelmäßig und es gefällt uns gut. Allerdings stören uns die vielen Hunde die an jede Hecke hinpinkeln oder ihr großes Geschäft machen. Das gehört unterbunden. Wir konnten von unserem Platz aus beobachten, wie Besitzer nur mal kurz 10 Meter vom eigenen Platz weglaufen und ihre Hunde ihr Geschäft machen lassen, sogar auf die Plätze der Nachbarn! Das ist ein no go! Hier spielen Kinder! Warum wird das toleriert?

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie uns regelmäßig besuchen und sich bei uns grundsätzlich wohlfühlen.

Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich der Hunde nehmen wir ernst. Wir verstehen, dass es sehr störend ist, wenn Hundebesitzer ihrer Verantwortung nicht nachkommen und die Sauberkeit sowie das Wohlbefinden anderer Gäste dadurch beeinträchtigt werden. Auf unserem Campingplatz gelten klare Regeln für Gäste mit Hunden, insbesondere die Pflicht, die Hinterlassenschaften sofort zu entfernen und Rücksicht auf andere Urlauber zu nehmen.

Wir sensibilisieren unsere Gäste regelmäßig für diese Regeln und greifen ein, wenn uns entsprechende Situationen gemeldet werden. Leider sind wir dabei auch auf die Mithilfe und das Verantwortungsbewusstsein jedes einzelnen Hundehalters angewiesen.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Wir werden weiterhin darauf achten, dass alle Gäste – mit oder ohne Hund – einen angenehmen Aufenthalt genießen können.
