Great but fix the wifi!!! We have been with duparc for 6 years now and the wifi is always bad

Thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty over the past 6 years!

We are pleased to hear that you continue to choose Camping Du Parc for your holidays. Regarding the Wi-Fi service, we would like to inform you that every year we work on improving it by strengthening the signal and introducing technical upgrades.

However, during the high season, the high number of guests connected at the same time, together with our natural location, can sometimes affect the connection and cause the network to become overloaded.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your understanding. We will continue working to improve this service.

Thank you again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Camping Du Parc!

beautifull, consider money change machines near the wasmachines, as eurocoins are limited available, now the supermarket can not change anymore. walk to reception is not always pleasant walking up. OR make wasmachine and dryer digital ready, by taping with banc-card.. thank you for a fantasitic holiday and untill next year July

Thank you very much for your kind review and for your valuable suggestions!

We are delighted to hear that you had a fantastic holiday and that you are already planning to return next July.

Thank you also for your constructive feedback regarding the washing machines and payment options. We have taken note of your suggestions. We are always open to constructive ideas that help us improve our services and make our guests' stay even more comfortable.

Thank you once again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Camping Du Parc next summer!

Locatie perfect. Kleinschalig perfect.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and the small-scale atmosphere of our campsite.

At the same time, we are sorry that the cleanliness of your bungalow did not meet your expectations. Our accommodations are cleaned and checked before each arrival, so we regret that this was not your experience.

We are also sorry to hear that our entertainment team disappointed you. We always encourage our staff to give their very best and create enjoyable experiences for guests of all ages, so we regret that this was not how you experienced it.

Thank you for your comments, as they help us continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Camping Du Parc in the future.
