Thank you very much for your feedback and, above all, for your continued loyalty.

We are delighted to hear that you were, as always, very satisfied with your holiday at Camping Du Parc.

Regarding your requests for next year, we fully understand your desire to receive a confirmation in advance. We always take note of our guests’ preferences and try our best to accommodate requests such as having specific accommodations or staying close to each other. However, we cannot guarantee these requests at the time of booking, as they depend on the final availability, occupancy levels, and the overall organisation of the campsite.

Our team will of course keep your wishes in consideration and do everything possible to meet them when assigning the accommodations.

Thank you again for your trust, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful holiday with us!

We recieved a damaged 5 eur note from the pool bar. Later the same pool bar would not accept it because of the damage. We had to get it replaced in the reception.
In the samme pool bar, we bought a beer and it turned out that there was a whole in the plastic glass. However the pool bar would not replace the spilled beer (approximately half), they only replaced whar was left in the glass. In general the service in the pool bar was not satisfactory

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

We are truly sorry for this misunderstanding and for the inconvenience caused during your visits to our pool bar. Customer care is one of our main priorities, and we regret that this situation did not meet the level of service we aim to provide.

We will certainly address this matter with the team, as our pool bar is intended to be a small and pleasant service point where guests can easily stop by for an ice cream, a drink, or a snack while enjoying the pool area and its facilities. Experiences like these should always be handled with attention and a willingness to find a solution.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback from our guests is essential to help us improve our services.

Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a better experience.
