We found the site to be so disappointing that we left 2 days early. We’ve taken our camper all over France over the years our stay at your site this time was at the end of a 3 week holiday and I didn’t want to ruin a fabulous trip by staying at such a dreadful site; hence why we moved to a better site. Your staff were rude and overworked.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not live up to your expectations, to the point of having to cut your vacation short.
Exceptionally, we have refunded the unused nights, given the reason you told us you decided to leave early.
Regarding your remark about our team's behavior, we regret that you perceived it as a lack of courtesy. Our staff generally demonstrates professionalism, and if this was not the case during your stay, we apologize. We have raised awareness with the relevant team about this issue, particularly regarding the noise level, although no similar comments have been reported to us to date.
