noisy at night is there any security to monitor the noise

We found the site to be so disappointing that we left 2 days early. We’ve taken our camper all over France over the years our stay at your site this time was at the end of a 3 week holiday and I didn’t want to ruin a fabulous trip by staying at such a dreadful site; hence why we moved to a better site. Your staff were rude and overworked.

Exceptionally, we have refunded the unused nights, given the reason you told us you decided to leave early.

Regarding your remark about our team's behavior, we regret that you perceived it as a lack of courtesy. Our staff generally demonstrates professionalism, and if this was not the case during your stay, we apologize. We have raised awareness with the relevant team about this issue, particularly regarding the noise level, although no similar comments have been reported to us to date.

wij hebben slechts 8 nachten kunnen verblijven ipv 14 door het plotse overlijden van mijn mama. We waren erg graag op de camping, we hadden een mooie standplaats en het prive sanitair vonden we super. Jammer dat we geen tegoed bon konden krijgen voor de rest van de tijd : anders gingen we volgend jaar zeker terugkomen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Selten so einen gepflegten und sauberen Platz gefunden! Preis-/Leistung top-kommen gerne wieder! Zusätzlich gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV -hiermit kann man für €4,- Tageskarte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen!
