Very pleasant stay. Nice big pitches, lots of nice shrubbery. Pool was lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Overall, this campsite has a nice vibe. Close to St Malo and other towns/coastal areas to visit but you need a car or you can get the bus outside the campsite. Unfortunately, our dog (a small retriever) wasn’t allowed on the bus so it’s necessary to have a car. The only negative for me was the showers. It only stays on for about 3 seconds so I spent my time in the shower holding the button in, in order to rinse off. I get they are trying to be environmentally friendly by ‘timing’ the shower but it’s just a bit of a pain. The facilities are clean and water is warm so not the end of the world. I discovered on my last day that the big shower block behind the Chateau is much better - more modern and showers stay on a reasonable length of time 😊

It's also great to hear that our location made it easy for you to explore Saint-Malo and the surrounding area.

In fact, the shower system in toilet block 2 means that the water stops running very quickly. We realise that this may not be very convenient.
Toilet block 1 was partially refurbished this winter, and new systems were installed there. We plan to do the same for toilet block 2.

We were only there overnight but were very impressed by the reception staff and the cleanliness of the site.

très beau camping dommage pour le mauvais temps
