C’est notre deuxième année. On y est venu deux semaines (au lieu d’une l’année dernière). On reviendra l’année prochaine 🙂.

C’est un parfait cadre familial. Les enfants sont heureux, les parents aussi.

Merci aux animateurs / animateurs du kids club qui font un boulot au top.

Merci aux différents employés pour le bonne humeur et leurs sourires.

Have been coming to Les Ormes for nearly 25 years, and it was a wonderful, exciting adventure for children and adolescents. My husband and myself have returned as a couple for many years now, and perhaps we have just outgrown it. A noticeable drop in standards over the years with regards to cleanliness of accommodations owned/provided by Eurocamp and Les Ormes. Inability or unwillingness of seasonal staff to deal with customer complaints on site. We still love the energy and the atmosphere, the lovely walks around the Domaine. We booked directly with Les Ormes again this year. No reminder re balance of payment sent and so I contacted Reservations re same two weeks before arrival. Reservation staff were prompt to reply to my emails, and reminded me that the balance was due 30 days prior to arrival!! Why not send a reminder? I promptly paid the balance by bank transfer, but I had to contact Reservations again and again as they did not acknowledge receipt of same, or issue an update re our reservation. Eventually an email from Reservations advised me that they had received the payment and that “You will find the confirmation in a future email”. This never arrived. This lack of attention and omission does not fill me with confidence regarding the professionalism of ‘the team’.
We were particularly disappointed by the lack of entertainment this year for adults at night. We don’t expect much - one night per week would be sufficient. The bar used host Karaoke at least once a week, which was entertaining! This year it was scheduled to be outside - for children. Without a doubt the activities, Dome, shows, and so on are for families with children and a huge success. The animation team do a spectacular job. The general music in the bar was Boom Boom - irritatingly loud and repetitive, chosen more, I feel, for the staff than the customer.
The recycling centre is in need of a serious overhaul. We brought a bag of food waste – in a plastic bag to the recycling area: A staff member on duty there instructed my husband to dump this in with general waste, as well as recyclable items that my husband was about to separate. Eco friendly it is not!
Chez Madeline remains a nice place to eat. The new grocery store and Brewery 1977 are a lovely addition. Staff in all these services friendly and helpful.

With regard to your reservation, and following an internal check with our teams, it appears that a balance reminder was indeed automatically sent to the email address you provided, one month prior to the due date. Once your payment was received, our teams acknowledged it the very next day by sending you a booking confirmation by email, followed by a second confirmation.
It is therefore surprising to read that you did not seem to receive these communications. We do not understand where this lack of clarity arose, and we regret that it affected your confidence in our services.

That said, we are pleased to know that you enjoyed some of our new additions, such as the Brasserie 1977 and the grocery store, as well as the energy and dedication of our teams. Your comments regarding adult entertainment and recycling have been carefully noted for future improvements.

We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and providing you with a fully satisfying experience.

L’accueil du personnel est toujours au top, vos équipes sont bien formées et ont le sens du client. C’est toujours très agréable de passer un moment aux Ormes.

Rien a redire car nous avons passé un agréable moment avec ma fille pour son anniversaire.
S'il y avait un point négatif je dirais les draps du lit en arrivant.
Ils étaient propre c'est sur mais taché, j'ai trouvé ça un peu limite .
Sinon tout le reste est parfait.
