Les Ormes, Domaine & Resort

Très beau domaine. Nous avons passé un weekend en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge. Le dôme est génial. Le logement était parfait aussi. La seule chose que nous pourrions reprocher est le manque de signalisation dans le domaine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un très bon séjour, une belle parenthèse, une impression de vacances.

Bonjour, cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je viens à votre domaine que je donne votre adresse à beaucoup de monde autour de moi jusqu’à présent tous c’est toujours bien passé. Il y a trois semaines, je me suis fêlé les côtes en tombant et j’ai décidé de prendre deux nuits dans votre établissement afin de pouvoir venir nager Pour aider à la guérison. J’ai fait ma réservation deux jours avant de venir et bien évidemment m’a demandé de payer la globalité des deux nuits, chose que j’ai fait sans aucun problème le lendemain, en prenant la route, mon camion m’a lâché, j’ai été obligé de me faire remorquer et obligé de rentrer chez moi. Je suis donc arrivé au domaine que le lendemain, une personne gentille de la réception de l’hôtel a bien compris mon souci, il m’a dit qu’elle allait demander pour me redonner une autre nuit plus tard. Dans ce cas, j’ai trouvé ça vraiment vraiment gentil de sa part, car je venais pour un week-end de convalescence . le lendemain, avant de partir à la réception, nous avons appelé le service de réservation qui nous a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas reporter la nuit car je n’avais pas pris l’assurance annulation. Or lors de mon appel au téléphone, personne ne m’a proposé de prendre une assurance annulation. . J’avoue être vraiment déçu, car je n’ai pas demandé un remboursement, mais juste de pouvoir repasser une nuit, celle qui a été payé sans que je puisse venir et tout cela sans être de mon fait. .
Voilà mon commentaire, je pense sincèrement que une nuit pour vous ce n’est pas grand-chose, j’ai été fidèle à votre établissement, mais maintenant je me demande si je reviendrai.

We stayed at Domaine Des Ormes for 6 days. We stayed at number 12. The team were very helpful with our booking process, very quick at responding to emails and great at answering any questions we had.

We had a premium mobile home which was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2-year-old girl. It had 1 double room and 1 twin room, both with ensuites - shower room with sink basin and separate toilet. We got to park our car right beside our mobile home, which was very convenient.

The rooms were very spacious and just what we needed! We had a cot for our 2-year-old and were able to make space for that in the twin bedroom.

The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, a fridge/freezer, a stove top. The only thing I would say is that it would make more sense to have an oven instead of a dishwasher. Having a toddler, we tended to eat at our mobile home alot, but we made it work with the stove top.

The decking area was so lovely with a table and chairs, plus two deck chairs. They also had an airer to dry clothes. We used this as a gate as our toddler kept escaping as it was so much fun going to make friends! A gate would be a good addition to the mobile home.

One word for the site. Amazing! 
There are so many activities to do, but with our toddler we didn't get to try it all, unfortunately.
The things we did get to do were great!
The pedalos - a very nice little lake, lots of ducks around! A little sun trap.
The Dome - this was the highlight of our stay! With 5/6 different areas to choose from! Our little girl learned how to swim!! Most days we went swimming twice a day!
The slides/ rope swing is so much fun for the kids and adults! 
The pools were very clean and very safe!

The pizzeria - this is a gem!! Such lovely food with great staff! You can take away the pizza or sit in depending on what you would like to do. The chefs and staff work very hard here, so please be kind. Very fast service too, which was great!!

The shop - the shop has amazing pastries/breads which we bought fresh every morning! 
There were lots of fresh fruit/veg, BBQ meats, cheese, tins, crisps, soft drinks, alcohol. Such a great shop and not too expensive either!! There is a Lidl and Carrefour not too far away, which we used at the beginning and topped ourselves up with the shop! Very helpful and polite staff!

The ice-cream palour - an absolutely stunning ice-cream which my daughter obviously loved!! The staff here again were so lovely!! Such a credit to Les Ormes!

Unfortunately, we did not get to use all the extra activities here, but when we return we will definitely be using them all! We will also be going as a larger group as we have told our friends and family how amazing it is!!!

We did do a little bit of traveling whilst staying here. We visited twice to Saint-Malo, which was so lovely! 
Saint-Malo is a 45-minute drive from Les Ormes and you pass the supermarket and petrol station on the way. 
We ate a beautiful little café called Bergamonte, which was delightful!! Best Galette I've ever tasted! 
There's also a great beach here, and we parked at Q-Park Saint Vincent, which was €10.70 for 4 hours, but it is very central and underground, so our car stayed nice and cool!

A few things that stood out during our stay was the level of customer service we received whilst staying there. The staff are all very friendly - especially in the pizzeria, ice-cream parlor, shop and Dome!!

Also, the cleanliness of the site is amazing!! Considering it's such a large place, it is well-looked after! I loved the fact that recycling is taken very seriously.

Amazing site, great staff, cannot wait to return!!

Pas très satisfait de notre expérience,

3jours passé sur le camping. Séjour très agréable. Mobilome propre. Personnels chaleureux. Vous y trouverez une supérette avec tout le nécessaire.un Espace aquatique agréable.
Restaurant tres bon.
Seul bémol certains casiers de l'espace aquatique ne fonctionne pas ou mal.
Promenade sur le domaine dans le calme.
Ombragé .je vous le conseil.

We loved our stay at Les Ormes. The site is fantastic and has a lot to offer all ages. We travelled with our 2 children 2 & 5 , and 3 grandparents. The children loved the pool, carousel and playground. The adults loved the countryside feel of the site and going for walks. We stayed in 2 of the wooden chalets which are in a lovely quiet location. The staff onsite were all lovely and extremely friendly. If I had to change anything it would be the locker situation in the main pool as many of the lockers are out of order and it would also have been good if there was a toddler swing in the smaller playground as my 2 year old loves the swing but isn't able to master a full swing yet

Magnifique lieu, nous avons été séduits par ce site magnifique avec toute ma famille. Les logements et literies confortables (seules les douches n'étaient pas régulières en eau chaude).
