Positive, however, our house was not clean on arrival ie the toilet smelled of urine, there was sand on the mezanine and a lot of cob webs.
The dishwasher was challenging to operate and was poor when we eventually got it to function.
I was disappointed that your staff who were native French speakers answered me in English when I spoke to them in French in France! My French is pretty fluent. I feel they should answer clients in whichever language they are addressed in.
For the large price we paid, we had expected beds to be made. I feel les Ormes could be more upfront regarding this practice.
A few people commented to me that les Ormes vehicles travel too quickly on a busy site with so many children. I agree.
