Fantastic for kids. So many activities to do and all reasonably priced.

Over-all I felt my stay at Les Ormes was fair with plenty of areas of improvement regards cleanliness of the site in particular the toilet facilities. Staff at the main office were extremely helpful regards activities available on-site. The caravan pitch had plenty of space around it. The toilet block at times had a really bad smell coming from them which could be approved. We ate at the golf club, pizzeria & 1977. Food & staff were very good at the golf club. At pizzeria, pizza’s were good but pasta dishes were very limited & tasteless, surely a spaghetti bolognese or tomato based dish could be included.
There was an employee in the pizzeria that wore glasses was extremely rude to me. I asked him for cheese for my child’s pasta that he got as a carry out & he was extremely rude.
Service in 1977 was good but worrying how quick the food came out after the order was took as per other reviews I have read.
Rats are obviously a big problem at this site. When i pulled into the site i saw a rat, then one night we sat over looking the lake & between the seating area & the side area of 1977 there was approximately 10 rats in the hedge/lake area. This is also an area for water sports which I find worrying. My kids loved the ‘dome’ swimming area but again I thought the cleanliness of the changing area/toilet & area with small puddle that people have to walk through could be greatly improved. The smell of the toilet area in the swimming pool was vile & literally made me sick.

Fantastic. Excellent site with so much to do. The pools were a big hit but we did Archery, Rock Climbing, Ziplining, and Pedalos as well.
The equestrian centre was excellent and great for our kids who have lessons at home and they were able to go on a guided trek which was suitable for their ability.
Lovely to just walk around the site, through the trees and by the lake. really interesting to see the tree houses and raft houses.
Accommodation (Taos) was a good size, clean, and well equipped, lots of storage cupboards which was useful. Beds were very comfy.
The new shop was great for getting breakfast supplies, and the takeaway pizza was delicious.
Staff were all friendly and helpful, plus patient when we booked activities and attempted conversing in French (although all spoke excellent English).
Merci beaucoup
