We had an issue with regards electric. We booked for 6 or 10amps and we when we arrived at pitch the electrical connection was so far away we had to pay a deposit for extra lead and it was only 6amp and kept tripping. We contacted reception and the next day they moved us to another pitch that only had 3amp and was dangerous for children. We then had to move again to another pitch further away which had no sunlight and it again was only 6amp so we just moved back to original pitch and had to make do without extra power that we thought was on the booking. I don’t think they knew what power was in each pitch cause what was point moving when there was no extra power. The extra power ones seem to be all booked up. We ends up having to use gas on board as a result of this electric issue. Any other pitch that we have booked is either 10 or 16amp and we never had an issues. We moved onto another campsite and it had 10amp and no issues. Really disappointed that we had this problem especially with having paid for 10amp and didn’t get it.

Our classic pitches are indeed equipped with 6 or 10 amps. We recommend that customers specify when making their reservation if they wish to have a 10 amp pitch. Unfortunately, nothing indicating it in your file, you were placed on a pitch of 6 amps. Being full on this type of pitch we could not accommodate you on one of 10amps. Do not hesitate for your comfort during your next stay to let us know, this will not generate any additional cost and you will be able to be accommodated on a 10 amp pitch allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.

Notre séjour dans la cabane dérive s'est merveilleusement bien passé, en compagnie des canards et des poules d'eau. Après une très bonne nuit nous avons apprécié de trouver le panier petit déjeuner près du ponton. Nous avons pu profiter du dôme, c'était génial ! Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir faire la randonnée autour du parc et de profiter des restaurants du site. Un pur moment de détente dans un écrin de verdure. L'ensemble du personnel est sympathique.

We enjoyed our visit at Les Ormes, having camped with our family in the 1990’s, it was a treat to stay in the hotel this time. We enjoyed our meal in Le Club restaurant, where the staff were execellent.

Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu la météo avec nous pour ce séjour, ce qui nous a fait écourté notre séjour.
Beau domaine avec beaucoup de services. Néanmoins pour ce type de prestation nous nous attendions à plus: les vestiaires/casiers du dôme ne sont pas pratiques et sales. Pas de porte manteau dans les vestiaires. Les pédalos étaient sales et c’est à nous de nettoyer. Cela ne justifie pas les prix pratiqués, c’est dommage.

Venons de passer une nuit dans la cabane panoramique c'était dépaysant et reposant mais le temps n'y était pas avons eu de la pluie,sinon le personnel à l'accueil des cabanes était très sympathique et aimable accueillant ,nous reviendrons.
