Les Ormes, Domaine & Resort

Nous avions reçu un bon cadeau pour une nuit dans une cabane à échelle. A notre arrivée nous avons été contraints de demander un changement de Cabane et ́notre demande a été amplement satisfaite. Nous avons passé la soirée et la nuit dans la cabane verrière : un vrai havre de tranquillité en limite du parcours de golf.
La cabane était facilement accessible et spacieuse. Le coin nuit en mezzanine était top, la terrasse ombragée est spacieuse. Au petit matin, nous avons apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner aux chants des oiseaux.
Une belle expérience renouvelée au Domaine des Ormes.

This years experience was excellent and much improved. Obvious improvements in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent and should be praised. Also the staff in the shop were great. The booking of other on site activities was much more efficient and well organised.

An excellent weeks stay with lots of things to do, good accommodation, and extremely friendly staff, all of whom we met were superb.

Great family friendly resort. Lots to keep all ages busy.

Overall the holiday was fantastic. It's a great venue and this was our fourth visit as a family.

Cabane très agréable,très bon accueil,mais jamais je ne reprendrai avec échelle,pour moi, mais ce n'est que mon avis,il n'y a pas assez d'attache arrivé en haut de l'échelle pour ce tenir

Very disappointed to point where if we didn’t have Eurocamp booked for August we would not be returning to the site after having at least 7 visits as a family.

When checking in for 1 night the receptionist saw we had a baby ( 7 weeks old) we went for a swim to cool off prior to going to the accommodation - at no point were we informed we didn’t have air conditioning.

When we went to the accommodation, there was no fans or air conditioning in the accommodation we were provided, my husband went to the reception to ask for a fan or if there was anything they could do. The answer was no so we booked another hotel, when I went back to the reception desk to hand in the key, the receptionist was then wanting to look at other rooms for us.

With how hot the room was my new baby could have died it was that hot and that lack of care from the hotel was disturbing.
