Mediocre medim
The wi fi was dreadful. So annoying. A major loss
The complaints was dealt with as I said all smiles and nothing done.

Good site, with lots of well ran activities.
Very busy with lots of traffic, and queues for swimming pool and food.

A great stay. A lovely, relaxed resort. Beautiful grounds (the 8km running route is lovely). The Dreamer Lodge was way better than we expected and the location was stunning. The pools and activities were great. Weve already been recommending it to our friends.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mise a part que nous avions réservé environ 5 mois à l'avance deux emplacements voisins définis avec l'hôte au téléphone afin de passer un moment entre amis. À notre arrivée les emplacements ont changé, ils ne sont pas dans la même ligne et très eloignés. L'agent de l'accueil a fait de son mieux pour nous rapproché mais n'a pas pu nous installer au plus proche. (Nous le remercions pour le mal qu'il s'est donné). Nous demandons un geste commercial le management refuse, dommage.
Bon camping, mais groupes bruyants jusqu'à plus d'1h00.
Espace piscine agréable pour petits et grands.

It was a nice stay in glorious weather. Unfortunately I feel that the hotel is in real need of a spruce up. The rooms are ok. Disappointing that the restaurant is now permanently and the bar is incredibly limited.
