Average, we stayed during the heatwave, and your shop was without bottled water for 2 days, i found this very poor. We also paid for a premium pitch, i would not class any pitch based around rough stone as premium.
We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations.
We were faced with an unprecedented weather event that lasted a long time creating an unusual demand. Please be assured that our shop has been working hard to replenish supplies during this hot weekend.
The premium pitches are so called because they have a 150sqm space with 16A electricity, water and drainage, garden furniture, fridge and barbecue on the pitch.
