C était top comme à chaque fois
Seul bémol l odeur dans les sanitaires
C était propre mais les remontées d égouts étaient très violentes ( à en vomir )

Détente et farniente pendant 2 jours 1 seule nuit très agréable avec bébé nous avons pu profiter du dôme et de promenade en extérieur nous avons pu montrer les animaux a bébé nous avons très bien été accueilli a l'hôtel des le matin pour profitez du dôme au max vraiment top

We love Les Ormes and have been countless times, but this trip has left a bitter taste. I misplaced my Airpods whilst staying at your hotel and only realised once we were at St Malo ready to board the ferry home. I contacted the hotel to ask for some help. I could see on the "Find my" app that they were 20 minutes away from Les Ormes and as my airpods had been left in our room, I can only assume that they were taken by a member of staff as nobody else will have had a key. I didn't want to accuse anyone so have tactfully asked for the hotel to investigate, but I have had several replies saying that the address where the airpods were had nothing to do with the hotel. The airpods have since "moved" and I can see they are now in a village called Plozevet, West of Quimper. I have the addresses of the original location 20 mins away and the Plozevet location. I would appreciate any help in locating my airpods, understanding how these went missing from our room (do you have CCTV) or being compensated for the loss. I am happy to speak to someone about this over the phone. I am understandably very upset by this, and it has certainly put us off returning to Les Ormes and particularly staying at the hotel. We would not recommend the hotel anymore.

We are genuinely and sincerely sorry for the situation you describe, and we fully understand your frustration regarding the loss of your AirPods.

However, after checking, we cannot accuse anyone without formal proof. If your AirPods had indeed been found on site, our teams would of course have done everything possible to locate them and return them to you. Unfortunately, as you mention, the geolocation shows that the AirPods were already outside the Domaine des Ormes at the time of your report, which greatly limits what we can do.

We must also clarify that, in accordance with our policy, the Domaine cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings, which may have been misplaced or taken elsewhere. We deeply regret that this situation negatively affected your experience, but it is an incident that unfortunately does not fall under our direct responsibility.

Please rest assured that we would have been happy to assist further if the AirPods had been found on site, and we are sincerely sorry that this disappointing outcome occurred.
