Très belle expérience.
Par contre il serait bien de mettre un sceau d eau ou autre chose qui permettrait de ce laver les mains, nécessaire avant les repas et surtout après les toilettes (le gel ce n'est pas le top)

Wir waren von dem großen Freizeitangebot auf dem Gelände sehr überrascht. Besonders toll ist das große Schwimmbad, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das tolle Catering mit Pizzeria und Bar. Für alles 5 Sterne!!

My wife and I had a golf break and as far as the golf was concerned we had a fantastic days golf followed by very nice meal in the golf club restaurant in the evening. As far as the hotel accommodation was concerned the room was clean and acceptable. This would have been our third occasion so we were aware of the standard and facilities. However overnight there was some kind of dispute that was very close to our room and very noisy. This woke us at about 02.30 and carried on for about an hour. This disturbance obviously affected other guests as security staffed attended. This appeared to rectified the situation - but about 04.00 the persons concerned reignited causing another noisy dispute this time outside the hotel in front of our room. Security staff attended for a second time. As a result of this potentially violent, noisy, & totally unacceptable behaviour in close proximity to our room, my wife will not stay in the hotel again.

We did try to intervene, but this event did not depend exclusively on us. This is why we can only apologize for this and remind you that this was indeed an exceptional situation.

However, we understand your remarks, and hope that this will not prevent you from returning to stay at Les Ormes, in another type of accommodation.
