Happy with the site overall with the facilities, activities and pitches. Just an issue with getting the refund of the deposit as this was paid on a preloaded currency card. We have been back a week and still have not received the refund.

Disappointed with our mobile home.
Having stayed here 3 years ago via eurocamp and being very happy we expected the same quality.
However our caravan was unclean damp and damaged . It was nit fit for purpose and did not match the description and photographs on your website. We have taken photographs from our stay to document the state of the caravan and would be happy to share with you .
I would like to hear from you in regards to this as it really did put sour taste on our holiday.

Fabulous family friendly resort that is relaxing with brilliant staff all ready to assist and reassure you , we had a 14 year old and a six year old with us and it was perfect for both. We had great weather and the walks and fishing lake were so relaxing , didnt get time to play golf on the national course but will do that on our next visit . The new Dome was incredible and although the park was full there was plenty of space in and outside , the wave machine has some power and you need to be a competent swimmer but great fun , very secure with the staff always present . I highly recommend Domain des Ormes for family fun .

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un tonneau. L'hébergement est très agréable, bien conçu et avons bien profité des activités, essentiellement de la piscine.

nous avons passer 5jours au camping super géniale le dôme est au top rien a redire nous avons fait du vélo tous le tour de la propriété les 8kilometres c'était vraiment super .je vais vous faire de la publicité car nous avons vraiment passer de bonne vacances .le personnel au top .nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir merci encore.

Très belle endroit structure agréable superbe animation seul bémol les sanitaires ( manque de ventilation et diffuseur de parfum)
