Super camping avec beaucoup d activité et parc aquatique super

We were not disappointed on activities available and the amazing pools but we were disappointed on the accommodations
We had booked over 2 years ago and expected updated and bigger accommodations

The other shocking and disappointed was the Le cellar we were so upset and shocked at the level of service and the poor quality of food served. we were served frozen fish and chips in a huge serving dish your staff expected us to help ourselves with no serving spoon but to use our folks and knife and hands
This dish also had a burger in it as a meat pattie with no bun and the burger meat was raw

First as a health and safety issue one of the diners could have had a fish allergy or had been a vegetarian it is unbelievable that the chef allowed the food to be sent out and to charge each of us 24 euro as well for this experience
We went to this diner to experience a wonderful French meal but came out hugely disappointed and ripped off

I personally think what happened was your staff lost our booking but still seated us due to this had not catered for the our large party but still made up rations of starters and served us frozen fish

The service was unsatisfactory, as your staff were planning on taken our money at least they could have served with a smile and with same courtesy one of your waitresses serving took the dessert and literally throw the dish at one of our guests

If I could give any advice about this restaurant is that you need to retrain your staff or have staff how understanding hospitality plus have a restaurant manger who checks the guests are happy band checks what is sent out from the kitchen plus get a proper chef who prides himself in what he sends out and understands French cooking after all France is know for its amazing dishes and produce

From what I saw of this campsite you have a ethos of being green and kind to the environment so take this ethos to the Le cellar. Cook seasonally and use the local area to show off the produce if you are going to serve fish use fresh not frozen
This is a beautiful building and it can do so much more

Correct mais quelques bémols

Hôtel très propre et confortable. Manque climatisation. Il serait souhaitable d avoir sur le site une restauration pour les familles autre que "chez Madeleine" qui est très bas de gamme ou l autre restaurant trop huppé pour les enfants. Il n y a rien pour ceux qui sont à l hôtel pour faire des repas équilibré.

Ici c'est le top du top

Vacances en cottage hutte en famille. Le dôme est extra. Les activités sportives très variées. On ne sest pas ennuyé.

Hôtel très propre avec belle chambre. Parcours de Golf bien entretenu sur un magnifique parcours boisé. Personnel vraiment agréable, avenant, souriant avec de la bonne humeur. Nous y reviendrons avec les enfants pour profiter des nombreuses activités que nous n'avons pas eut le temps de découvrir.
