Beau site mais trop d étranger

Disappointing check in procedures. We have stayed at a number of Castels sites but check in here was Inadequate and not up to usual Castels site standards.
Facilities on site, particularly domed pool are super.
Toilet block was modern with lots of unisex toilets and showers but cleanliness was poor and toilets smelly. Tried alternative older block which had 3 ladies cubicles. Seat missing on one, second toilet leaking at the base. So only one functional ladies toilet in that block.
No information provided on check in other than site map with pitch circled. No info on facility opening times or entertainment.

super endroit tres calme! la cahute tres confortable ! une vue magnifique ! le bar au top !le resto le cellier personnels tres sympas mais nourriture moyenne ! on nous a mis un couple sur la meme table que nous , le gars nous a pas lachè du repas on est parti avant la fin du repas tres dommage de ne pas etre tranquille ! on a fait que la piscine en activite c etait bien !tout le personnel est super merci a eux

Fantastic site. Lots to do. Clean accomadation. Shower blocks always clean although toilet areas could sometimes do with more frequent cleaning. Staff helpful and friendly. Good amenities nearby and lots to visit nearby. You would never get bored on this site. One small complaint would be that apart from the pizza place there weren't any vegetarian main courses offered,this was notable at the celler and clubhouse restaurant and the meals that could be ordered for delivery at the treehouse we stayed in. My son is vegetarian and this was a big disappointment as we couldn't really eat on site together. That said I loved the holiday and would definately kind to go back.

Un séjour de deux nuit dans une cabane échelle très agréable ! Lexpérience était chouette et nous avons pu profiter des activités du camping tel que la piscine et laccrobranche ! Petit bémol le domaine est plus accès golf que touriste et on le ressent !

The complaints was dealt with as I said all smiles and nothing done.

Good site, with lots of well ran activities.
Very busy with lots of traffic, and queues for swimming pool and food.

Génial ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment et avons même voulu rester plus longtemps !
