I had an excellent experience. Lovely park great facilities. Very clean. However security needs to improve with antisocial behaviour particularly around M block camper section making lots of noise at night. Somebody jumped into one of the mobiles window on our stay and robbed all her money another person had they bag taken from dome.

Our security team regularly pass through the campsite to ensure silence is maintained. Next time please call the security post (number in your accommodation) and ask them to intervene.
As far as the dome is concerned, do not hesitate to put your personal belongings in the secure lockers provided.

Très bon séjour , nous y allons depuis des années , les enfants sont contents à chaque fois . Déçus par le manque de choix des menus de certains restaurants et à la supérette ( végétarien , plus sain )

Average, we stayed during the heatwave, and your shop was without bottled water for 2 days, i found this very poor. We also paid for a premium pitch, i would not class any pitch based around rough stone as premium.

We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations.

We were faced with an unprecedented weather event that lasted a long time creating an unusual demand. Please be assured that our shop has been working hard to replenish supplies during this hot weekend.
The premium pitches are so called because they have a 150sqm space with 16A electricity, water and drainage, garden furniture, fridge and barbecue on the pitch.

Super a refaire.
Dommage parcontre que le site soit si compliqué puisqu'on arrive pas a réserver obligé de se déplacer. Alors qu'il y a plein de place libre.
