I don't want this to be posted publicly anywhere on the internet. This is purely meant as feedback to the hosts.
This was our 7th time at Riva Bella Paradisu Villa, and we would still love to come back! Therefore price should not rise, it's already at a bit high level for us. You continue to invest in the facilities to keep up with the forces of nature and demands of us guests. We think you do a great job! There is a little bit to go on for the maintenance of the buildings and exterior area. F.i. there where sun beds outside our villa that didn't belong there. And the roof fan needed to be fixed - but no big issue, we were happy with the AC.
A growing nuance this year: Outside day guests that use other peoples sun beds and umbrellas. Maybe you should inform clearer when you allow outside guests to enter? Information posters at the entrances to the beach? You could also have uniformed personnel patrol the beach occasionally. Especially on Sundays? We didn't see any employees on the beach during our 11 days.
Before, we where required to bring sun beds from the villa to the beach, and back. Now we had to search for "our" beds on the beach and there were beds everywhere.
This year we noticed, and appreciated, that the exercise trail in the forest had been cleaned up and upgraded. Great work!
Finally, we are a bit worried about the condition of the etang, the water level seems to be falling for each year.
