I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and so helpful. The rooms were lovely, it smelt clean everywhere - even in the lift! Location was great, honestly everything was amazing. Id stay again!

did not raise a complaint about the mildew odour in the room, as we are not confrontational and found that we became accustomed to the smell after a short time. While the hotel provided a place to sleep after long days exploring Budapest, I would not return to this property or recommend it. For a four-star hotel, the overall experience fell short and felt more comparable to a three-star standard. The towel situation is what made me want to write this review.

In general my experience was alright, i was there for a business trip. The staff was polite, location is amazing and room was very clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls are so paper thin that i had issues with direct neighbour and one about 3 rooms away, i could hear shouting, puking and tv super loud, which i understand, the hotel cannot control all guests and they were being rude (the guests) and i know the building is not the newest so i understand but the walls were surprisingly thinner than I expected.
