Mon expérience était agréable ! Vos réceptionnistes sont très accueillants et souriants ! C’est un plaisir de discuter avec eux ! La chambre était très propre et j’étais même étonné de voir que le ménage était fait tous les jours, je vous en remercie pour ça ! Votre hôtel dispose d’un emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre ville.

Cependant, ce n’est pas une critique mais un conseil, ma chambre se situant au rez de chaussé était propice à tout entendre (les gens qui arrivaient tard à la réception, l’ascenseur qui était utilisé ou encore le bruit des passants de la ruelle). De ce fait, mon sommeil fut quelques fois perturbé. Ce qui est regrettable alors que je passais un agréable moment dans vos lieux. C’est pourquoi, je ne veux pas émettre de critique mais un conseil à propos de cette chambre

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans votre hôtel. L'accueil sympathique, la chambre suffisamment grande et fonctionnelle, en ce qui concerne l'éclairage, par exemple ou l'aménagement. La décoration très agréable. Quant à la salle de bain, elle était bien chauffée et propre. Le tout très bien isolé. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité et très varié.

The hotel ambience is very welcoming. It's just a 3min walk to the metro plus tram stop just outside the hotel. The room is spacious and kept clean everyday. The breakfast is sumptuous. You get a big variety from cold and hot food. Highly recommended.

Staff was extremely helpful and both I and my mum had a great time. Cleanliness level very high. If I can add a recommendation, please add a tea kettle into the rooms and 2 chairs for twin rooms (small kettle is ok, preferred when no plastic).
