Alla fine l'esperienza è stata positiva, anche perché l'albergo è in una posizione ottima, per la presenza di tutti i mezzi di trasporto che collegano perfettamente l'hotel a qualsiasi punto della città. Il servizio della reception impeccabile, molto comodo il deposito bagagli. Alla fine ci tornerei sicuramente, sarebbero solo da migliorare un po' le camere e la pulizia, ma se non si è troppo esigenti l'hotel è perfetto.

At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your room and bathroom did not meet your expectations. While our rooms are standard-category accommodations with simple furnishings, we understand your concerns regarding storage space, bathroom fittings, and overall comfort.
Please allow us to note that, as part of our environmental policy, towels are replaced only when they are left on the floor.
Nevertheless, your remarks concerning cleanliness and room servicing have been forwarded to the relevant departments for review and improvement.
