Too many people smoking just outside the entrance

We had a wonderful stay at CityClass Hotel am Dom. The location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of the city, close to the Christmas market and within walking distance of everything. The hotel is located in the shadow of Cologne Cathedral, which makes the setting even more special. Parking is conveniently available nearby.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained, and equipped with all necessary facilities, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay.
After visiting the Christmas markets, the cozy hotel bar was the perfect place to enjoy a drink and unwind. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and extensive, with something for everyone.
Overall, CityClass Hotel am Dom offers excellent value for money with a perfect location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.
